Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to countries in Europe, UK, US, Canada and Australia. However, if you are outside of these locations, we do take special requests. Please email us at hello@sskbrands.com and we will try to do our best.

How long does the delivery take?

All our orders are shipped Monday–Friday (excluding weekends and bank holidays). All standard shipments take 2-3 business days to be packed and then up to 14 business days to be delivered.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping fee varies depending on your shipping destination and your order value. You can check the estimated shipping fee by adding items to your cart and proceeding to checkout. The exact shipping fee will be automatically updated and displayed on the checkout page.

Will I be charged any duties and taxes?

Items shipping internationally are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not charge VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Depending on the country, the carrier may incur local customs or VAT charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country's customs policies.

How can I track my order?

You will get an email from us with your tracking information once the order is shipped. If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact us at hello@sskbrands.com

What should I do if I haven’t received my order?

If you haven’t received your order within the expected time, please check your tracking information. Please also send us an email at hello@sskbrands.com and we will trace your order.

What should I do if my order has arrived damaged?

If you receive a damaged product, please send us an email at hello@sskbrands.com along with photographs of your package. We will rectify the situation asap.

Can I cancel my order?

Please send us an email at hello@sskbrands.com to cancel your order. If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel the delivery. However, if the order has been dispatched and is in transit, we request you to refuse the delivery whenever you receive it. We will refund your amount as soon as the package returns to our warehouse.

Can I return my order for a refund?

Return requests can only be made within 14 days of receiving your order. We only accept returns for unused and undamaged products with safety seals in place. 

To return your order, please send us an email at hello@sskbrands.com and we will give the detailed instructions on how to return your order back to our warehouse. Please note, we do not cover the return shipping costs and you will be required to return on your own. 

As soon as we receive your product, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method
